Today, Tom Stachowski’s focus is geared toward supporting clients in mission critical facilities. Tom works with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems regularly, but his passion for controls and process design is where he truly shines.
Tom started his studies in mechanical and electrical space as a part of his education at Boston College High School. Tom gained hands on experience as an HVAC installer in the residential and light commercial sector under the apprenticeship of licensed electricians, plumbers, and sheet metal workers during afternoons and weekends. Through this experience Tom fell in love with how machines and systems worked and made the decision to continue his education at Wentworth Institute of Technology earning a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering
Following his matriculation, Tom worked as a mechanical engineer for a hydraulic and pneumatic original equipment manufacturer applying theory to automated machine design of industrial fluid power machines used in manufacturing and power generation. Fascinated by controllers and logic circuits, Tom subsequently took a role at a major electrical vendor to focus on building automation systems for data centers. Tom held many titles during his tenure, from technician through global engineering manager, through his work on retrofits, new construction, and hyperscale programs. Tom later moved on to a consulting role and was able to continue servicing end users in a broader capacity. He is a constant student of experience and embraces any new experiences or challenges that he is faced with.
Tom is currently an actively involved Board member for the 7×24 International Exchange New England chapter and seeks out mentorship opportunities to continue his own personal growth.
We are shaping the future of information technology and data centers with concept development, design, and deployment of systems and technology. Our consultation services are results-driven and are actually implementable. That is our strength compared to other consulting companies.
